Members of the Indiana County LEPC are appointed and approved by the County Commissioners and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. Membership is composed of representatives from each of the following groups or organizations.

• Elected County, Municipal, and Local Officials

• Law Enforcement

• Emergency Medical

• Health Care

• Firefighting

• Broadcast & Print Media

• Emergency Management

• Owners & Operators of Chemical Facilities

• Community Groups not affiliated with Emergency Service groups
